This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on JumpingMinds' website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials.

When you register for an online JumpingMinds service or a downloadable product you will be required to provide contact information, such as your name, company name, address, contact phone number, and email address. Other information on these online forms is optional.

JumpingMinds uses this information to set up your services or to provide continuing product support. Customer email addresses will not be distributed or shared. Billing Information

If you are paying with your credit card, please provide the credit card billing address as provided on your card statements.

Shipping Information

Please provide delivery address, if different from billing. At the time of delivery, an adult signature is required to release the package.

JumpingMinds ships products only to addresses you have authorized through your credit card issuing bank.

If you have requested a shipping address different from your credit card billing address, then please confirm with your credit card issuing bank that your alternate address is in their records.

For example, if the billing address is your home and you are having your product delivered to the address where you work, you will need to talk with your credit card issuing bank about adding an alternative shipping address to your account.

If this alternate address is not on file with the credit card issuing bank, then your order may be delayed or may not be processed.

Contact Information

Telephone number: Please provide the telephone number that your credit card issuing bank has on file.

Email address: If you order online, please provide your email address. You will receive an auto-response message after completing your order. Later, you will receive a confirmation message with your invoice number. After we ship your package, we will email you your package tracking number when we ship your package.

Payment Information

Personal information is collected to fulfill your order requests or contact if we need clarification or further assistance.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website.

We do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described herein without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Agents We Do Not Control

We use services of other companies to deliver products to you and perform functions on our behalf. Examples include and are not excluded to fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, processing credit card payments. Also, in the event that JumpingMinds or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
